Actual Damages and Profits.— The copyright owner is entitled to recover the actual damages suffered by him or her as a result of the infringement.  Sharon Pearson/Foxstone Maltese  is fully prepared to file a lawsuit in Federal Court for actual damages of $10,000 per  article, photo, Maltese graphic, and/or web page copied from our website when failing to pay our licensing fee as required above.
